Every time you reach 500 points in your loyalty year, you’ll be gifted a $50 voucher to spend online and in-store on full-priced items. The voucher is valid for 90 days, and can be redeemed on transactions of $50 and above.

How do I join Forever You Rewards?
Signing up to Forever You Rewards is as easy as creating an account with us. Best of all? It’s free.
To create an account online, simply click on ‘Sign Up’ in the top right-hand corner of the Forever New website. On the ‘Create an account’ page, simply enter your name, valid email address, date of birth (if you want to receive your $25 birthday reward) and mobile phone number. Then choose a password, agree to join the Forever New mailing list and select ‘Register’.
To create an account in-store, provide your name, valid email address, date of birth (if you want to receive your $25 birthday reward) and mobile phone number to one of our friendly sales assistants at the register and agree to join the Forever New mailing list. We’ll then send a welcome email through to the email address you provided, which will instruct you to jump online and complete your membership so you can begin tracking your loyalty rewards and benefits.
By becoming a member, and ensuring you mention your membership when shopping in-store or are always signed into your Forever New Rewards account when shopping online, you’ll automatically be rewarded every time you shop with Forever New.
How do I earn Loyalty Rewards?
By signing up to Forever YoRewards, you will receive a $25 Birthday Reward (if you provide your date of birth).
Once you have spent more than $200 on merchandise (excluding gift cards and after any savings and discounts) within 12 months of the date of each anniversary you joined the Program, you will receive the Choose Your Sale Day Reward.
You will receive these rewards for each year of your membership where the requirements are met.
Shoppers loyal to Forever New can also earn more rewards the more they spend. Our Spend and Earn tracker will give you a $50 reward for every $500 you spend with us (after any savings or discounts) within a 12-month period commencing on the date you join Forever New Rewards, so by simply logging into your online account before checking out, you’ll be one step closer to your reward. When you shop at a Forever New store, please advise our team member of your email address or mobile phone number to ensure your purchase is added to your account. Your Spend and Earn Tracker will reset to zero at the end of each 12-month anniversary period.
The value of any rewards redeemed in a transaction will not be added to your Spend and Earn balance.
Please note that purchases made at any department stores or third party websites or overseas purchases are excluded from Forever You Rewards.

How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards?
If you’re shopping online and wish to redeem a reward, simply select your reward from the dropdown bar ‘Redeem Forever You Rewards’ during the payment stage of checkout, and your discount will be automatically applied.
If you’re shopping in-store and wish to redeem a reward, or check if you have one, simply inform the sales assistant at the register of the phone number or email address connected to your account, and they’ll find and apply the desired reward to your transaction.
My Loyalty Reward has expired. Can I still use it?
If your reward has expired, it will be removed from the ‘My Rewards’ page in your account and can no longer be redeemed. Expiration dates are visible on this page.
