How can I check if my nearby store has stock?
To make your shopping experience easier, we offer a convenient tool that lets you check the stock availability of your chosen item.
To find out if your local store has the item you want, simply follow these steps:
- Click on the item you want.
- Select your size on the product page.
- Click the FIND IN STORE option.
- Enter your postcode.
You’ll then see a list of nearby stores and their current stock availability.
Are all products online available in-store?
No, not all sizes and styles are available in-store. You can view in-store stock availability once you've selected FIND IN-STORE on the product page.
Please note that Reserve In Store is not available for items on sale or items under $50.
I have done a Reserve In Store. How long will my items be held?
Once confirmation has been sent, items are held in your selected store until the time you chose when requesting your in-store reservation. If you can't remember what time you selected, simply refer to your confirmation message for all the details.
